Privacy
Your data stays yours.
Healthi turns the health data you already have into analytics for you, and only you. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.
Last updated June 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Healthi ("Healthi", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and dashboard (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Health data you provide
The core of the Service is the Apple Health data you choose to import, such as heart rate, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, sleep, steps, energy, and related metrics. You control what you export and import. We process this data to compute your recovery scores, trends, and correlations.
Technical data
Like most services, we record limited technical information (such as your browser type and the timezone reported by your browser) needed to operate, secure, and display the Service correctly.
2. How we use your information
- To compute and display your personal health analytics.
- To create and secure your account and authenticate you.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To maintain, debug, and improve the reliability of the Service.
We do not sell your health data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
3. Data isolation
Your records are scoped entirely to your account. Healthi is tenant-isolated by design: one user can never see another user's data. Computation happens against your own data and your own rolling baselines.
4. Data retention
We retain your account and health data for as long as your account is active so the Service can show your history and trends. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights" below).
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
