These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Healthi ("Healthi", "we", "us") and its website and dashboard (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Healthi imports health data you choose to provide and computes analytics such as recovery scores, HRV status, sleep metrics, and statistical correlations. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes.

2. Not medical advice

Healthi is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The scores, trends, and insights are estimates derived from your data and general physiological models. They are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read on the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user's data or accounts.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

5. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the health data you import. You grant Healthi the limited permission needed to process and display that data back to you as analytics. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Healthi and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analytics are complete or accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. When we update the Terms, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
